Your WIC Foods:

Here is a list of foods you will receive each month:
- Cereal: 36 ounce .
- Whole grain options: 1 lb.
- Fruits and vegetables: $8.00 in benefits
- Juice: 144 ounce (3 12-oz. frozen or 48-oz. fluid)
- Milk: 4.5 gal. & 1 qt.
- Cheese: 1 lb.
- Eggs: 1 dozen
- Beans and peanut butter: 1 lb. and 18 ounce . jar
