This brochure opens to the Food Guide Pyramid and lists serving sizes for the various food groups. Also gives tips for healthy eating that are geared specifically to the new mom.
This healthy nutrition guide is for all women under 40. It gives examples of healthy, low-fat choices for fast foods. Also provides sample meal plans, good sources of vitamins C and A, iron-rich foods, calcium-rich foods, tips on healthy eating for pre-pregnancy, and weight control.
