Tuna-Garbanzo Bean Salad

  • 1 can garbanzo beans (15 ounce )
  • 1 pouch or can of tuna (3 ounce )
  • 1 small red onion sliced thin (about 1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Combine everything in a medium sized mixing bowl. Serve with crusty bread. Serves 4-6
